A Joint Venture MVMBNI comprising Ansaldo of Italy and MVM Rail of Australia were contracted to build the 15km Red Line from The Red Cow Depot to Connolly Station.The principal sub-contractor was Ballast Nedam of The Netherlands for civil works.
We were appointed as project survey sub contractors, setting and maintaining horizontal and vertical control on a full time basis for the project. We also set out various elements of the proposed line and carried out extensive as-builts for the client to ensure compliance with design.
